Beaver Bridges were approached to provide bridge removal services, and design an install a replacement pedestrian footbridge. The existing pedestrian bridge needed to be removed in order to allow for a new development.
The new footbridge was designed and developed by our team and the new structure was manufactured to the measurements 60m x 2m. The structure also consisted of 4 spans.
The spans, 13 trestles to create the structure, and approach railings were all removed within one shift, reducing the disruption to pedestrians in the area.
