About / Meet The Team / Kyran Brookes
Kyran leads all commercial strategy at Beaver Bridges, having progressed from Quantity Surveyor in 2020 to Commercial Director in March 2025. He oversees tendering, risk management, and client engagement while championing the firm’s modular bridge kits, driving efficient turnkey delivery for highways, rail, utilities, and private estate projects across the UK.
Armed with a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, Kyran began his career at Alun Griffiths and Paul John Group before joining Beaver Bridges. His quantity-surveying expertise and site experience underpin cost certainty on multimillion-pound schemes and contributed to securing the Bridge Contractor of the Year 2024 accolade.
Guided by the mantra, “Those who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those doing it,” Kyran blends analytical precision with a can-do ethos.
