A Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), he oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently and sustainably. Under his guidance, Beaver Bridges has expanded fabrication capacity and launched strategic investment programs, keeping the company agile, resilient, and ready to meet the demands of turnkey bridge delivery.
Fergus brings hands-on financial leadership forged across public infrastructure, civil engineering, and manufacturing roles in the UK and Europe. His rigorous cost reporting and performance analysis provide project teams with the clarity to innovate while staying on time and on budget.
