BRIDGE OVERVIEWWhen our clients contact us enquiring after a heavy capacity access bridge, and our Feakin design can’t meet the requirements we recommend our Windfarm Bridge design. This is a popular design as it can cover many different bridge requirements i.e. capacity, span, width, aesthetics and price. Windfarm bridges are available within the following dimensions: • Maximum span – 16.5 metres Windfarm bridges are fabricated as one section this is for a few reasons, including quick and easy loading / unloading and transport to site and most importantly rapid installation, as the bridge is in one section it can be put into position with one lift using the designated crane or similar machine.
